  Visited the store because of difficulty ordering the correct laptop battery from their web site. I was treated as a valued regular customer. They were able to quickly locate the correct battery which was not in stock. They immediately ordered it claiming a 4 to 5 day delivery. I was called 3 days later to notify me that it was in and I could pick it up. There were no questions about my error and the refund was processed before the new order was placed. They explained that big manufacturers often change system model numbers for seemingly any reason. They were able to cross reference the part number on the bad battery with a replacement. All in all, I was very pleased with the way I was treated and will probably deal with them directly in the future.

  Ordered my FIOS replacement battery on line and picked it up an hour later. No muss, no fuss. They reconnected the wires from the battery that I originally had and all I had to do was to come home and plug it in. Thanx for the good and friendly service.
